  • AI is Everywhere: From websites to smartphones (Samsung even released a TV with built-in AI), we’re seeing AI creep into every corner of our lives and work.

  • AI Agents Are Hot: Both big enterprises and open source communities are racing to develop AI agents. These will drive more breakthroughs in how we automate tasks, especially in the workplace. (Google ‘AI Agents’)

  • OpenAI’s Latest Reasoning Model: Last month, the company behind ChatGPT, OpenAI, announced their new “o3” model. It’s outperforming top competitive programmers, solving the toughest math challenges, and getting 87% on PhD-level science questions, while most human experts average 70%. (Video Below)

  • Why All This Matters: AI is transforming how work gets done. Those who are able to adapt and adopt AI tools now will see a big boost in productivity and will stay relevant in the years to come.

How You Can Start Getting Ahead

  3. Commit & Be Consistent
    Schedule a bit of time each week to play with AI tools or learn skills from your study guide. Consistent effort is key to future-proofing your career.
